Men’s world number one tennis player Novak Djokovic said on Thursday that he fully supported the Women’s Tennis Association’s (WTA) decision to suspend all tournaments in China out of concern for the well-being of star player Peng Shuai. “It’s the life of a tennis player that is in question here, so we as a tennis community need to stand together and so I support it,” he told reporters.
