B.C. floods: Province says emergency measures remain in place, people asked to stay home

As if the events of past two weeks weren’t enough evidence, during Wednesday’s provincial emergency briefing we were given a clearer picture of the staggering amount of rain three atmospheric rivers dropped on the province. As John Hua reports, with one more storm pulse still ahead of us, people are being still being asked to stay home if they can.
