Waukesha Christmas parade attack: Lawyer for attack suspect asks to withdraw due to conflict of interest

Darrell Brooks, the accused driver in the Waukesha, Wisconsin, holiday parade incident that killed six, appeared in court via telephone Tuesday morning. The attorney representing Brooks prior to the parade incident, Joseph Domask, requested to withdraw from the case because of a conflict of interest. The judge granted Domask’s motion.
