B.C. floods: Province extends state of emergency with third storm looming

The provincial state of emergency is being extended into the middle of December, as a third major storm heads this way. Gas rationing measures are also staying place, and drivers are being warned to stay off the roads during the next atmospheric river. As John Hua reports, the Central Coast is becoming an area of concern.
