Quebec confirms 1st case of Omicron COVID-19 variant

Quebec Health Minister Christian Dube confirmed Monday that the province had reported its first case of the Omicron COVID-19 variant. He also said 115 travellers from certain countries where the variant had taken hold had been contacted to undergo a second screening test and to self-isolate.
