B.C. floods: Province on high alert as another atmospheric river drenches West Coast

Southern B.C. remained on “red alert” Saturday, as the first of back-to-back storms began drenching the already flood-weary part of the province. Heather Yourex-West reports from Abbotsford, where residents are still dealing with the cleanup from another flood.
