Canada’s highest military honour, the Victoria Cross, has not been awarded to anyone since the Second World War. But many veterans argue Pte. Jess Larochelle deserves the honour. As Mike Drolet reports, the campaign have now the caught the eye of Canada’s top soldier, Gen. Wayne Eyre.
