Waukesha Police Chief Daniel Thompson said on Sunday that an officer discharged their weapon in an effort to stop a vehicle that drove through crowds of people at a Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wis. on Sunday. Police added that no bystanders was struck by gunfire discharged by the officer.
