Minister of Transport Omar Alghabra announced on Friday that beginning Nov. 30, a negative COVID-19 test won’t be accepted as an alternative to proof of vaccination to board on trains and planes within Canada. He also added that proof of vaccine will be a requirement to travel within and into Canada.
