N.B. to merge communities and slash number of local governments to 90

The New Brunswick government has announced it plans to reduce the number of municipalities and rural districts from 340 to 90. The Union of the Municipalities of New Brunswick says it is still digesting the changes. Nathalie Sturgeon reports.
