B.C. floods: Fears grow as rain forecasted to return

Another tense day for residents of much of southwest B.C., with the arrival of more cloudy skies and rain. While some people have now been able to return home, hundreds of homes and farms remain underwater and the threat of the water rising again is front of mind for all.
