New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs announced on Thursday that the province would be implementing updated COVID-19 isolation measures to tackle a rise in outbreaks. Fully vaccinated members of the household are able to leave if they test negative for the virus on their fifth day of isolation, said Higgs.
