The federal government is expected to make an announcement soon that Canadian travellers who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will no longer need to a produce a negative PCR test result when returning from the U.S., as long as they were only gone for 72 hours or less. As Matthew Conrod reports, some travel agents still think more needs to be done to boost tourism in Canada.
