U.S. President Joe Biden was in New Hampshire on Tuesday where he touted the signing of his $1.2 trillion infrastructure investment bill into law on Monday. “Your life is going to change for the better,” Biden promised while speaking at the site of an 82-year-old bridge. “We’re going to make the most significant investment to modernize our roads and bridges in 70 years,” Biden said.
