Manitoba introduces new ‘undergraduate nurse employee’ role to ease staffing concerns

Manitoba Health Minister Audrey Gordon announced on Monday that the province would introduce a new position to allow third and fourth year nursing students to study while also working at hospitals. She said the role would be called an “undergraduate nurse employee.”
