Trudeau promises $10-a-day child care across Alberta within 5 years

“Within five years, $10-a-day child care will be a reality right across the province,” Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said while unveiling details of the child-care agreement made between Alberta and the federal government. He said in 2022, child-care fees will be cut in half for Alberta families and new early learning spaces will be created.
