Prosecutors say former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III is facing upwards of 50 years in prison for a fatal crash that killed a 23-year-old woman in Las Vegas on Nov. 2. Ruggs, who did not appear in court for his arraignment Wednesday morning, was formally charged with five counts in a fiery crash that claimed the life of Tina Tintor and her dog Max.
