Astroworld crush incident: Houston police “owe it” to the victim’s families to hold people accountable, chief says

Houston city police chief Troy Finner said during a Wednesday media briefing that his department would hold people accountable for the crowd surge at the Astroworld music festival, which left eight people dead. “We owe it to them,” he said, adding that the investigation was ongoing and that police still have questions about the timeline of events.
