A California couple is suing a Los Angeles-based fertility clinic after they allege the wrong embryos were implanted during in vitro fertilization procedures. That resulted in the child born to them that a DNA test confirmed was not related to either of them. The couple who had birthed their child met them at court where they legally exchanged children, but are still proceeding with the lawsuit saying the centre failed to deliver.
