UPAC considers name change after history of scandal

The province’s anti-corruption squad UPAC presented its annual report amid criticism it isn’t doing enough and has a history of scandal since it started. Admitting they’ve lost the public’s trust, the squad says it’s considering a rebranding. But as Global’s Gloria Henriquez reports, some say a name change is not enough.
