British Columbians supports safe supply, not decriminalization

A new survey shows most British Columbians are in favour of establishing a safe supply for drug users, but aren’t so sure about decriminalization. As Aaron McArthur reports, while more people are becoming aware of how serious the problem is, opinions differ widely on how to fix it.
