New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs discussed Friday the offer presented to CUPE representatives the night before. It includes a wage adjustment, amounting to 15 per cent over five years with it being retroactive. As a result, each employee will receive $7,000 in retroactive pay. He added that the offer was the same one the union originally offered a week ago.
