Peterborough City councillor Dean Pappas wants to stimulate the local arts scene-and he has an idea of how to do it.
The Town Ward councillor wants to move $20,000 to the city’s public art fund and use those dollars to pay local artists to create works of art for public buildings. He spoke to Noor Ibrahim about his idea.
