Advocates seek tougher N.S. climate change legislation

Environmental advocates are looking to toughen up Nova Scotia’s new climate change legislation. The Environmental Goals and Climate Change Reduction Act sets out a plan for phasing out coal-fired electricity by 2030 and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. But as Alicia Draus reports, environmental groups are recommending stronger targets.
