A humanitarian crisis is worsening in Afghanistan, as foreign aid remains frozen since the Taliban takeover, leaving countless people trapped there vulnerable and desperate for help. Afghans who helped Canada run development programs, and promote women’s rights, say they’re now being targeted by the Taliban.
