Storm brings worst tidal flooding since 2003 to parts of U.S. East Coast

Millions of Americans are drying out and cleaning up after strong winds and record-breaking amounts of rain brought heavy flooding to parts of the U.S. East Coast. As Jennifer Johnson reports, it brought the worst tidal flooding since Hurricane Ida walloped the Mid-Atlantic in 2003.
