Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple Sr. detailed Friday how investigators were able to determine the date in question related to the misdemeanour sex offence charge that has been laid against former New York governor Andrew Cuomo. He said he had great investigators and his office executed a number of search warrants and were able to nail down the timeframe.
