Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple Sr. detailed the timeline Friday that led to former New York governor Andrew Cuomo being charged with a misdemeanour sex offence. According to the complaint that was posted online by a local news outlet, Cuomo had allegedly engaged in the misdemeanour offence of “forcible touching.” Cuomo is expected to appear in court on Nov. 17.
