Albany County sheriff details timeline that led to Andrew Cuomo misdemeanour sex crime charge

Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple Sr. detailed the timeline Friday that led to former New York governor Andrew Cuomo being charged with a misdemeanour sex offence. According to the complaint that was posted online by a local news outlet, Cuomo had allegedly engaged in the misdemeanour offence of “forcible touching.” Cuomo is expected to appear in court on Nov. 17.
