Transport Minister Omar Alghabra said on Friday that beginning Oct. 30, passengers aged 12 and older must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to board domestic, trans-border or international flights departing from Canada, as well as Via Rail and Rocky Mountaineer trains. “There will be few exceptions for emergencies and special accommodation for designated and remote communities,” Alghabra said.
