Winnipeg Police Service spokesperson Const. Dani McKinnon said on Thursday that police believe the suspect in a stabbing at Seven Oaks General Hospital knew the victim, as well as the victims of two homicides that occurred on Wednesday. McKinnon did not say how the suspect and victims were known to one another.
