Halloween: Toronto historian Bruce Bell tells a ghost story from the Hockey Hall of Fame

It might be one of Toronto’s most recent ghost stories – centered around a woman named Dorothy who used to work as a bank teller at the historic Bank of Montreal building – now the Hockey Hall of Fame. Global’s Melanie Zettler gets the story from Toronto historian Bruce Bell.
