Nova Scotia legislation sets climate change targets

Nova Scotia is moving to legislate a series of environmental and climate change targets, including the phasing out of coal-fired electricity generated by 2030. The legislation sets out 28 goals in total and includes a commitment to releasing annual progress reports. Alicia Draus has the details.
