Wolfe St. emergency overflow shelter aftermath still in talks at Peterborough city council

Peterborough city council is still facing continued reaction to the decision to not cut operating hours at the Wolfe St. emergency overflow shelter.
During Monday night’s meeting many delegates took the floor to reinforce the notion that the shelter should never have been established in a residential area.
