Manitoba’s Minister of Central Services Reg Helwer announced on Monday that fully vaccinated Manitobans can now apply to get their Pan-Canadian proof of vaccination codes, which will be recognized in all provinces and territories and will be needed when returning to Canada from abroad. Unlike the provincial proof of vaccination card, the federal one will be digital-only.
