Obama calls out ‘politics of meanness, and division, and conflict’

Speaking at a rally for Terry McAuliffe, the Democratic candidate for Virginia governor, former president Barack Obama called out what he said was a “politics of meanness, and division, and conflict.” He said Americans face a choice that could define “not just the next few years, but the next few decades.”
