If you are a last minute Christmas shopper, you may want to re-think that this year. The Retail Council of Canada is strongly recommending people start their Christmas shopping early if they are after specific items, models or brands. Because as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, COVID-related supply chain challenges may leave some consumers high and dry this year.
