Two people were reportedly struck by a vehicle in a parking lot on top of Armour Hill Thursday night.
Emergency crews were called to the scene just before midnight.
Peterborough Police blocked access to the top of the hill.
The extent of the injuries is unknown and the cause remains under investigation.
