White House lays out plan for COVID-19 vaccine rollout for children 5-11

White House COVID-19 response coordinator Jeff Zients laid out the administration’s plans Wednesday for rolling out vaccines to children aged five to 11 ahead of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) decision on whether to approve the Pfizer-BioNTech jab for this age group.
