After pleading guilty on Wednesday to all charges in the 2018 mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla., Nikolas Cruz apologized to the victims and their families, saying “I believe it’s your decision to decide where I go and whether I live or die.” Fourteen students and three staff died, and 17 others were injured.
