White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said on Tuesday that as President Joe Biden meets with progressives and moderates in the Democratic caucus to secure his ambitious infrastructure and social spending packages, his “red line” continues to be that he will not raise taxes on Americans making less than $400,000 a year.
