Moment of silence held for slain MP David Amess in UK House of Commons, House of Lords

The U.K. House of Commons and the House of Lords each held a moment of silence on Monday in memory of MP David Amess, who was stabbed to death while meeting with his constituents on Friday. A man has been taken into custody and is being held under the Terrorism Act on suspicion of murder.
