British Prime Minister Boris Johnson paid tribute to the late David Amess, who was a long-time member of U.K. parliament. Amess, 69, from Johnson’s ruling Conservative Party, was fatally stabbed Friday, in the Belfairs Methodist Church in Leigh-on-Sea, England, east of London.
