Cross-border families react to U.S. border reopening

The U.S. has confirmed its land border will reopen this November to fully-vaccinated Canadians visiting for leisure. It’s a welcome change for many families and partners living on opposite sides, including a Scarborough, Ont. woman and her American partner. As Albert Delitala reports, some say the move is only a first step toward normalcy.
