COVID-19: Ontario’s top doctor discusses benchmarks for lifting restaurant restrictions

When asked about benchmarks that need to be reached in Ontario before recommending that COVID-19 restrictions on restaurants can be lifted, chief medical officer of health Dr. Kieran Moore said they include the total number of cases on a daily basis, the impact on the hospital sector, and test positivity rates.
