Lethbridge professor says constant Standard Time is a better option than Daylight Saving Time

One of the extra questions in this year’s municipal election asks if voters think Alberta should adopt year-round Daylight Saving Time. But as Quinn Campbell reports, a professor at the University of Lethbridge says the province is asking the wrong question.
