Residents of Kelowna’s Gospel Mission sat down to the shelter’s annual Thanksgiving dinner today.
But because COVID has closed the shelter’s doors to everyone but residents, not everyone was able to sit up to the table and enjoy the meal. So, the Gospel Mission came up with their own pandemic pivot to get turkey with all the trimmings out to people sheltering on the street.
