Girls on Fire Confidence Conference builds self-esteem in Edmonton

A workshop this October hopes to empower young girls, who are more likely to experience a lack of self-esteem and confidence than their male peers. Theresa Stanley is the founder of the Girls on Fire Confidence Conference. Along with her helper Lucy, Theresa shares more about what young girls can expect at the event, including conversations, learning self-defense and board-breaking.
