Alberta considering new supervised consumption sites

As opioid-related deaths continue to skyrocket in Alberta, the province has said it will once again look at opening more supervised consumption sites. One such site is slated for Edmonton. As Chris Chacon reports, the news is being met with some cautious optimism.
