Ontario’s top doctor provides guidance on COVID-safe Halloween events

Ontario’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Kieran Moore provided guidance on Thursday about Halloween trick-or-treat events, asking people to take turns and not to overcrowd at doors, and urged people to wear a face mask with their costumes.
