Conservative Leader Erin O’Toole said on Tuesday that his caucus is “fully united” after Conservative MPs gathered in Ottawa to decide whether they want the power to review his leadership. O’Toole added that there will be a “360 review on where we fell short and what we did right” in the federal election.
